DISCLAIMER

This is intended as a warning to ‘EVERYONE’ on my channel weather you’re young or older so please listen very carefully because I have rules that you must follow.  The rules are as follows.

 

1. If you join my chat please be respectful to those in the chat with you.  If I have to get onto you it will be considered a warning, and the next time will result in a ban.  I don’t have ANY tolerance for stupidity or uglyness toward any of my friends, chatters, viewers, and of course toward myself.

   • While in my chat alway keep in mind that I have a external moderator that monitors the chat.  You can be timed out for the use of excessive words that I find inappropriate, excessive emojis, and capital letters.  Now while capital letters don’t offend me they do to others, and since this is a public stream it won’t be allowed.

2. If you choose to ‘Donate’ to my channel to help me bring you more content you are more than welcome.  However I want to give a warning to a few different types of people.

   • Kids:  Please get your parents permission before you donate so they are aware of the transaction.  I won’t take responsibility for your actions and thus you’ve been warned.

   • Trolls:  If you decide to donate and then try to ‘file’ a dispute with Paypal and/or Twitch I can promise you they will side with me and you’ll lose those funds.  Not only that but you will be banned from my streams.  This doesn’t have anything to do with the money aspect, but rather the drama you’d be causing me.  Trust me it isn’t worth it and again I won’t take responsibility for your actions and thus you’ve been warned.

3. Please refrain from asking to add me to PSN or Xbox Live because I WILL NOT add anyone.  I only keep close friends and family as online friends because it gets to be too much to add everyone and I hate the hundreds of notifications I get from it.  If you’d like to play with me on either system feel free to go over to Facebook or Twitter and post a request.  I can’t promise I will be able to play with everyone, but I will try to when I can.
